First Giveaway of 2013 - 126 Eyeshadow Palette - International - Winner Announced

Two months back i just randomly purchased this Palette and really happy to share this with you guys and want to do this giveaway in Feb as a Valentine Gift but fortunately or unfortunately i was unable to do so. So here is a beautiful baby containing all type of eye shadows.  It has 3 parts, part one is fully pigment eye shadows, part 2 has pigment with glitter shades and part 3 fully filled with Glitters <3






 You guys know the Drill :)
